Huashida HDPE Electro Fusion Sleeves is a pipe interface welding material: high-quality HDPE sheet is cut into sheets that meet the required length, width, and thickness according to actual needs, and then combined with special electric heating wire mesh through special heat sealing equipment. Seamless hot melt sleeve operation process
1.Surface treatment with No. 50 sandpaper
2. Overlap 75mm for positioning
3. Apply a 5mm thick adhesive sheet along the positioning edges at both ends
4. Restore the heat shrinkable sleeve to the designated position
5. Bake over a flame for 15 to 20 minutes
6. Both ends of the port are sealed with 100mm heat shrink tape
7. Conduct a sealed test at 0.2Mpa for 3 minutes without leakage
