The Polyurethane (PUR) Spraying Polyethylene (PE) Wrapping Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line is designed for manufacturing polyurethane prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulating pipes. These pipes are widely used in heating, cooling, and crude oil transportation industries, offering exceptional energy efficiency and durability.

Product Structure
The rigid polyurethane spraying polyethylene winding prefabricated direct-buried insulation pipe consists of three primary layers:
- Working Steel Pipe: The inner steel pipe is used for conveying the medium (e.g., hot water, chilled water, oil).
- Sprayed Polyurethane Rigid Foam Insulation Layer: Provides excellent thermal insulation with uniform and controllable density, ensuring no empty spaces.
- Winding Polyethylene Outer Casing: Protects the insulation layer and provides mechanical strength for direct burial.
Scope of Application
- Anti-corrosion and Thermal Insulation: Ideal for pipelines in heating, cooling, and crude oil transport.
- Medium Temperature: ≤120°C (incidental peak up to <140°C).
- Medium Pressure: ≤2.5 MPa.
- Laying Methods: Primarily for direct burial; also suitable for trench or overhead pipeline installations.

- Water Cooling Line: Cools and solidifies the casing after application.
