Our vacuum calibration PU insulated pipe production line manufactures high-performance pre-insulated pipes for district heating, oil/gas, and industrial applications. The pipes feature:
3-Layer Structure:
Inner Layer: Steel pipe (60-2000mm) for fluid/steam transport.
Middle Layer: Polyurethane (PU) foam insulation (low thermal conductivity: ≤0.033 W/m·K).
Outer Layer: HDPE/PE protective casing (corrosion-resistant, UV-stable).

HDPE Jacket Extrusion:
Vacuum feeding → Drying → Extrusion → Vacuum calibration → Cooling → Cutting.
PU Foam Injection:
Steel pipe assembly → PU foaming → Curing → Outer HDPE casing.
