The steel pipe corrosion-resistant coating line is utilized for applying anti-corrosion coatings to steel pipes in the factory with different diameters, which is increasingly employed in various engineering projects, particularly in the heating, gas, and oil sectors.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.
Steel Bend pipe FBE &3LPE coating Production Line
The three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating is advanced technology as the outer protective layer of buried pipe, widely used in the anti-corrosion of gas and oil transmission pipeline, urban gas supply, water supply pipe and other fluid transmission pipeline. The 3layer PE corrosion-resistant coating can enhance the mechanical properties of the pipeline with excellent electrical resistance, waterproofing, durability, and aging resistance.
