The performance of the HDPE Drainage Pipe Production Machine Plastic Extrusion Line has reached the international advanced level.
The line is highly automated, controlled by Siemens PLC controlling system. It can produce big plastic pipes ranging from 200-3000mm. The HDPE spiral pipes are connected by using special pipe fittings (electric fusion sleeve, heat shrink sleeve), which are convenient and economical in construction. Technical process:
Raw materials→Mixing→Vacuum feeding→Material drying→Single screw extrusion →Calibration→Spray cooling→Caterpillar traction→Single screw glue extrusion →Winding and forming→water cooling→cutter→pipe bracket→inspecting &packing.
The complete production line includes two parts:
1.The first part is PE Pipe extrusion line to extrude the PE/PP Square Shaped Pipe ( according to customers' requirements ).
