Product Overview
2PE, 3PE, and FBE Epoxy Coated Steel Pipes are essential in pipeline systems for the transmission of oil, gas, water, and other fluids. These pipes provide outstanding resistance to corrosion caused by chemicals, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions.
Key Features:
2PE & 3PE Coatings: Incorporate a three-layer anti-corrosion coating system, including a Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) layer, an adhesive middle layer, and an outer polyethylene layer.
High Corrosion Resistance: The coatings ensure excellent protection against chemical corrosion and mechanical damage.
Durable and Reliable: Designed for long-term performance under challenging conditions.
Bend Pipe 3PE Coating Equipment
The Bend Pipe 3PE Coating Equipment is specifically engineered for applying 3PE coatings to bent pipes. This equipment ensures precise and efficient coating, enhancing the durability and anti-corrosive properties of steel pipes used in various applications.
Components of the Equipment:
Bend Pipe Transportation System: Seamless movement of pipes through the coating process.
Bend Pipe Blasting Machine: Surface preparation to enhance coating adhesion.
Intermediate Frequency Heating System: Ensures proper temperature for optimal coating application.
3PE Coating Application System: Applies the FBE, adhesive, and polyethylene layers accurately.
Spraying Cooling System: Rapid cooling to solidify the coating and improve adherence.

Three-Layer PE Coating Technology
Structure Details:
Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Bottom Layer:
Forms a high-molecular-weight cross-linked structure after curing.
Provides excellent chemical resistance and cathodic disbanding resistance.
Polymer Adhesive Middle Layer:
Binds the epoxy layer to the polyethylene outer layer.
Ensures cohesive strength across all three layers.
Polyethylene Outer Layer:
Protects the pipe from physical damage, such as abrasion, impact, and moisture penetration.
Advantages of 3PE Coating:
Strong bonding between layers ensures long-lasting protection.
Superior resistance to wear, impact, and environmental factors.
Ideal for both buried and above-ground pipelines.
